Life is all about people, moments & emotions that we want to hold on to. But time plays tricks and our memories get blurry. That is where photography comes in...a way to save all the beautiful days and moments spent with the people we love.
As a photographer, I want to help you preserve your legacy. So you can share your amazing memories and stories with the future generations to come. And remember them as clearly and vividly as if they happened yesterday

I am a proud blue collar wife and mama of three wonderful children
aged 26, 21 and 6...and a soon-to-be first time gramma. In addition to being a photographer and small business owner, I also work in safety and business administration.
Photography has been a part of my life's story for as long as I can remember...and a camera has never been far from my reach. I have always had a creative eye for taking photos, which over the years has cultivated into a passion for capturing life’s precious moments.
Since 2022, Wheat + Whimsy Photography has been serving the Lloydminster & surrounding area. With my camera in hand, I pride myself on being a visual storyteller. My love for natural light and lifestyle photography comes to life documenting the story of you and your loved ones through photographs. My goal is to capture milestones as well as the beautiful in-between moments that make your story so special.
When I am not looking at people through my lens, I fancy myself a nature lover capturing stunning landscapes and chasing sunsets. I am also no stranger to seeking out old forgotten barns, buildings and abandoned vintage vehicles.
When I am not behind the camera, you will find in my kitchen baking, getting my true-crime documentary fix, gardening, spending summers at the lake or working on my latest DIY project. And of course, creating and capturing lasting memories with my loving husband, our beautiful children and family.
